High Court of Bombay at Goa rejects Goa Govt’s petition on OBC reservation

Описание: High Court of Bombay at Goa on Wednesday, rejected the petition of the Goa Govt that sought OBC reservation for upcoming panchayat polls. Earlier the High Court had directed the goa govt to conduct the elections within 45 days. Subsequently Goa govt had approached the High Court for 30 days time, that is, time till September 12 to conduct the panchayat elections. The High Court dismissed this order.
