In this video I ask my local coin shop owner about the refiners refusing to buy sterling or alloyed silver and if that will be changing anytime soon. This is causing a huge strain on cash flow for many coin shops around America. If silver price falls before a dealer is able to lock in a price for their silver with a silver refiner then they could be hit hard and even be forced out of business. One side effect of this is a lot of junk silver now being sold under spot. This could be a great opportunity to pick up junk silver at a discount.
