Working on the fundamentals of establish Torque in you strikes to add power and speed. This is the Best Thing Ever (Okay, not the only one… but really important to develop) you can do to improve your actions!
Here are some quick videos on details you should focus on during your Personal Training. Internalizing these details allows you to improve at a faster and more effective rate. Each exercise is related to other exercises in the series.
You have a few options- we recommend working one thing for the entire 5 minutes of your training time so that you fully internalize the feel of the lesson. However, we also recognize that working a few of the exercises together each for a similar amount of time can create a sense of synergy.
