Titanic: Honor and Glory just released their awesome Britannic: Patroness of The Mediterranean demo featuring their real-time sinking sequence along with a few highly detailed modeled rooms. While there are a few minor glitches (spelling, some shadows and modeling), this proof of concept ran great for me with zero issues.
Here's a tour of the Forward Grand Staircase of Britannic in both original RMS décor as well as the converted HMHS interior.
