1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 apple juice (or liquid of choice)
1 tsp liquid smoke
3 tbsp oil, for searing meat

BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Ketchup
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup water (or liquid of choice)

Mac & Cheese
1 lb elbow pasta
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup AP flour
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cup half and half
4 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
2 cups smoked Gouda, shredded
2 tbsp pork rub

Fried Mac & Cheese Bites
3/4 cup AP Flour
2 large eggs + splash of water , mixed together
2 cups panko
BBQ chips (optional, didn't do anything)
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp cayenne peppeer
salt and pepper
vegetable oil for frying
