Описание: Professor Reinstein describes the utility of the Ocular Scatter Index (OSI) in enabling surgeons to prove that patients can opt for a lower risk, higher accuracy, adjustable, reversible and lower side-effect corneal PRESBYOND procedure rather than refractive lens exchange with a multifocal intraocular lens (MFIOL), and its use in determining when it is then best to perform cataract surgery subsequently, taking advantage of the increased depth of field (EDoF) already present on the cornea, aligned with the visual axis by the previous PRESBYOND procedures.
