Guided Multiday Hike: Aletschglacier - Konkordia Hut to Fiescheralp

Описание: This is part two of our two day guided trek across the Aletschglacier, the largest glacier in the Swiss alps. The beauty of this places makes this experience one of the best things you can do in Switzerland. If you are looking to hike across the aletsch glacier, a guided tour is your perfect option if you lack the proper mountaineering training.

The end of the trail also offers some views that you can reach with a more conventional hike, making it perfect to a fun outing with your entire family. Overall, the glacier is one of the swiss highlights we have experienced during our time in Switzerland and you shouldn't miss it when traveling Switzerland.

The day starts early at Konkordiahütte, a mountain hut nestled in the rocky mountain cliffs towering the glacier. Walkin on the short rope, we descend onto the glacier. With the sunrise coming up, we make our way across the glacier, looking back at Jungfraujoch.

Our guides from ‪@BergundTalVideos‬ and ‪@GeroldSanter‬ led us along the crevasses to the middle moraine and along the path towards Fiescheralp.

The Unesco world heritage site all around us, we could enjoy the sunrise before making our way to Märjelenbach. The waterfall flowing directly into the glacier offers an incredible setting to enjoy a final view towards the glacier.

From here, we make our way up the valley and through the Tälligrattunnel, a tunnel that is illuminated in summer and shortens the path towards Fiescheralp.

With the last our of trek, we arrive at Fiescheralp to enjoy some meal with the group and make our way back home.
