📝 Ingredients

• 115 g melted butter (½ cup)
• 110 g granulated sugar (½ cup)
• 30 g brown sugar (2 tbsp, packed)
• 1 large egg
• 200 g all-purpose flour (1 ½ cups)
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt (⅛ tsp)
• 60 g dark chocolate (⅓ cup or 2 oz)
• 60 g white chocolate (⅓ cup or 2 oz)
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder

🔥 Baking Instructions:

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes (middle rack, bottom heat).
Then move to the top rack and bake at 170°C (338°F) with convection for 5–8 minutes.
