Biometric attendance effect: 36% 'babus' now punctual in coming to office

Описание: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's biometric attendance system has put oil in the wheels of government employees, who are now on time to the office. So far, biometric attendance system has been installed in 387 offices. As a result, 36 per cent of bureaucrats is now punctual in coming to office.
