During Satguru Shivkrupanand Swamiji’s ‘Anusthan’ (deep meditation practice) of 2017, he experienced significant benefits meditating inside a kutir (cottage) built of natural rock, rather than of the usual brick. This fascinating excerpt explains the reasons and the benefits, both on the vibrations created through his meditation practice and the positive effects upon his body.
We are in the middle of building a unique space in the UK that includes 1000 pink sandstone blocks in the construction for this very purpose. A space for meditation, to last 800 years and designed to increase and accumulate high vibrational energy so that many generations can benefit from inner transformation and peace through meditation.
