This is a delish hip-loving flow where we release tension and improve mobility throughout the entire circumference of the hips - especially the back and outer hips.
This is the third in a 5-part series on my Patreon that brings playfulness and arm balances into your āsana practice. In the extended Patreon practice we even flirt with Flying Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Galavāsana).
Props: Blocks are helpful but optional.
