The Mint Julep is a Classic recipe but there is a big pitfall I think some people and even some restaurants and bars do completely wrong. Once is to use cubed ice. If I get cubed ice I will order a second one. The other deals with the mint portion. Watch the video to find out what I am talking about.

Recipe:
1/2 oz. Simply Syrup
8 mint leaves
2oz. Bourbon
Crushed ice

That's it. Real simple but needs to be blended perfectly.
