In this video I show you step by step how to easily draw using two point perspective. The first half of the video goes through the two rules of two point perspective as well as how to draw simple shapes in two point perspective. The second half of the video then goes on to show in time lapse how these steps can be used to create a picture. In this case a crossroads with some buildings.

Two Point Perspective:
Step 1 - Draw the horizon line
Step 2 - Draw the two vanishing points
Step 3 - Draw a single vertical line anywhere below the horizon line
Step 4 - Draw a diagonal line from the top of the vertical line to each of the vanishing points
Step 5 - Draw a diagonal line from the bottom of the vertical line to each of the vanishing points
Step 6 - Draw two vertical lines to form the sides of the shape
Step 7 - Connect the top of the left vertical line with the right vanishing point. Then the right vertical line with the left vanishing point

Rules of Two Point Perspective:
Rule 1 - All vertical lines are perpendicular to the horizon line and will form a 90° angle when intersecting it.
Rule 2 - All diagonal lines intersect at both points on the horizon line. Opposite diagonal lines will intersect with one another.

Stationary Used:
1 sketching pencil (B)
1 rubber
1 ruler
1 sharpener
1 fine liner (0.4mm)
