Farm To Table Filipino Food at Farmer's Table - Tagaytay Food Trip (Part 17) |

Описание: On our final stop on our Tagaytay food trip, we're leaving the Nuuk Taal Lake resort to return to Manila and stopping by Farmer's Table in Tagaytay, a farm to table restaurant serving up primarily Filipino food at the Nurture Wellness Village Resort. The menu at Farmer's Table consists mainly of farm to table interpretations of classic Filipino dishes using farm fresh produce and herbs, some of which are sourced at the farm on the Nurture Wellness Village premises. Our main courses included a beef kaldereta and osso buco Filipino-Italian fusion dish, lechon kawali with a side salad, a California style roast chicken, and since we're in the bulalo capital of the Philippines, we couldn't leave Tagaytay without trying another bulalo dish but we opted for the sizzling bulalo with truffle gravy. The famous appetizer to get here at Farmer's Table is a fried cauliflower and broccoli dish fashioned like buffalo wings with blue cheese dip on the side. Did the Farmer's Table food in Tagaytay live up to the hype or was this another disappointing restaurant in Tagaytay? Before we answer that, we're having our last breakfast at Nuuk Taal Lake.
