I wrote this song for closure for me losing my grandpa, a few years ago, this month is the anniversary of the 4th year he has been gone. I love him so much, he is the man who gave me my musical drive and I know he is still driving me today, even though he is not here. There is a line in the song : "The Pearly Gates has nothing on us" that to me is the most emotional line of the song for me to sing besides the bridge "Heavens gained an angel." Please don't hate, this is in memorial to him. I love you Grandpa and see you soon!
