After many years of hand feeding cockatiels, I decided to order the Psittacus soft tubes.
I didn't do it till now because the thing isn't cheap and I was concerned about it's durability, but eventually I made up my mind and here it is. They come in different size, I got the smallest.
Hand rearing a cockatiel is not easy, there are many things that can go wrong, from the formula, the temperature, feeding method, housing, etc... so I want to make sure I test all the tools available to make sure on my side everything is as good as it can be. I don't hand feed parrots by taking away from their parents, I do co parenting, they stay sometime with me and sometime with bird parents.
