In this video, I install a FASS Fuel Delivery System on my 1974 Ford F250 Crew Cab 4x4 powered by a 12-valve Cummins diesel. Ever since getting this truck running, I’ve had fuel pressure issues—dropping to 15 PSI or less under throttle—which isn’t good for horsepower or pump life.

Follow along as I remove the old aftermarket electric fuel pump and replace it with a reliable FASS pump. I’ll show the full process:

Building a quick tank support to aid in tank removal (that didn’t go as planned 😅)

Dropping the custom fuel tank (which is a pain in the butt and was way fuller than I thought)

Mounting the new pump
