Another BecomingFilipino family day here at the beach house in Cateel. On this day, master chef Jandee creates a delicious boodle fight for everyone! For me, this is the best way to eat in the Philippines... everything spread out on a big banana leaf, everyone sharing together. Traditionally, the boodle fight was a camaraderie style of eating, that comes from the military. But it has become common, and very much one of the best ways to experience eating in the Philippines!
