Описание: Hi everyone! So happy to be back with another video. This one is in my sort of video essay style so I hope you enjoy! It's been seeming like everyone is lost recently, dealing with struggles that we're helpless to. Many of us are stuck just waiting for some difficulties to pass. Sitting through these difficult times can be uncomfortable, unhealthy, and sometimes self-destructive, so I decided to make this video sharing the lessons I've learned from sitting in discomfort for extended periods of time as an art model to hopefully help you learn some tips and tricks to apply in your own life.
