In this video, I’ll show you how to make these easy bars step by step:
• Start with dates that are perfectly soft (not too hard, not too mushy). Wash them, slice them open, and remove the seeds.
• Press the dates tightly onto a baking sheet-lined tray, flattening them really well so they stick together and form a solid base.
• Melt some peanut butter and drizzle it generously over the flattened dates.
• Sprinkle finely chopped peanuts on top so they stick beautifully to the peanut butter layer.
• Melt chocolate (milk or dark—your choice!) and drizzle it all over the top.
• Finish with a small pinch of salt for that classic sweet-salty Snickers flavor.
