This is a nostalgic video of the park cats, filmed exactly 3 years ago.

The highlight of this video is definitely the short-tailed tabby! When the white cat and the calico go in for a sweet "head-bump" greeting, the tabby mistakenly thinks it's for her and hilariously interrupts them.
During mealtime, the calico tries to steal the white cat's food—a cheeky habit she still has even today!

At that time, the park was very cramped and cluttered with equipment in preparation for cherry blossom viewing (Hanami). There was so much stuff everywhere that it was hard to even spot the cats! We finally found the white cat relaxing amidst the chaos.

While I absolutely love cherry blossoms, looking back at this footage reminds me of how I was just wishing for the park to quickly return to its peaceful, normal state.

This is a special park where community cats 🐈 live peacefully.
Volunteers provide food 🍽️, cleaning 🧹, and lots of care 💕 so that these neutered cats can spend their lives happily here.
