Part one of hopefully many in a new series where I build a track system (aka Paddock Paradise) on our rental property for the horses.
A track is super beneficial for horses, because it creates an environment for them to move around in. Movement is crucial for the health and soundness of a horse’s hooves, body, and mental/emotional health. They don’t have to be complicated either!
Our first step was to move the panels from the mud pit the horses were in to another spot to keep them more dry over the coming winter months. We also fenced off the plum trees to prevent them from engorging themselves on the fruit.
