#AfternoonDelight | The Office of the House Secretary General refused to accept the second impeachment complaint against President Bongbong Marcos.
The complainants, led by Bagong Alyansang Makabayan, said they were told that Secretary General Cheloy Garafil was in Taiwan and no one else was authorized to receive the complaint.
