If you've got an upcoming camping trip, try cooking some hobo dinners.
In this video, we made our hobo dinners with the following ingredients:
Ground beef (1 pound)
2-3 Russet potatoes
1 Yellow onions
Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
You can make this type of meal with a variety of other ingredients as well. For example, feel free to experiment with other veggies like carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and others.
