I recently had the honour of being featured in the cover story of Toronto Life magazine (https://torontolife.com/real-estate/f...) . The story “the Young Buyers Club” was on millennials who managed to buy a house in Toronto before age 30. When I read the article something seemed off. While there were a couple female homebuyers who owned properties with their male partners, there weren’t any single female homebuyers featured in the article. I’m not the only one who noticed. Chantel noticed, too. So after exchanging a few messages on Instagram, we decided to record a podcast episode to encourage single females to buy homes.
In my interview with Chantel, we discuss buying a home as a single female, closing the gender pay gap and the steps of purchasing a home on your own.
