In 1996, hiker (CORRECTION: Floyd E. Roberts III, not Brad) went missing in the Grand Canyon while on a nine-day hike. He was separated from his group on the Shivwits Plateau and was last seen walking towards Trail Canyon. Roberts walked into the Grand Canyon… and vanished without a trace.
An experienced hiker on a multi-day trek, Brad separated from his group, last seen heading toward the Colorado River.
