Converting a D22 ZD30 Navara from a wastegated HT12/19 to a VGT/VVT GT2052 from a ZD30 Patrol using a Mamba oil hose kit.
This kit was purchased from eBay for $160 and is shown at the end of the video. The turbo used in this conversion is an oil cooled turbo from a ZD30 Patrol. The oil kit that I purchased is also designed for a Patrol, but the kit features flexible hoses which allow for enough movement to suit mounting on a Navara. I am also using a Mamba Boost Actuator that I scavenged from my Navara turbo, to maintain boost control over the turbo rather than vacuum.
