There are no more wooden barracks at Fort Devens. It is now a community called Devens. It is held In Trust and may someday elect to incorporate. The former ASA 2nd Bn area is replaced by industrial buildings. The former ASA 1st Bn area is fenced with high security and is maintained by the DOD. Apparently there is some kind of inter-agency training. The former ASA TC&S quadrangle is vacant. There is a separate Army Reserve Center on Saratoga Road. I did not locate the military prison. The Devens Commons is a commercial area and there are other areas of industrial use. The permanent type of officer and NCO housing is occupied by civilians, of course.
The red concrete block buildings at 7:14 were a WW2 POW Camp.
