TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED OVEN
以可控溫烤箱把鐵氟龍活塞封加熱至攝氏120度。
Put PTFE ring in a temperature controlled oven, heat it up to 120゜C
SEAL STRETCHER
把活塞封置於合適尺寸台階, 用手或壓桿把活塞封擴張。
Choose the suitable step on stretcher then push on the top.
SEAL CLASPER
將收緊器的不鏽鋼帶調整至合適長度, 拉動板手鎖緊約5秒鐘。
Tune the length of steel tape then clasp the seal into the groove.
SEAL CLASPER can clasp PTFE piston seal back into the groove, it can works from OD50mm to 250mm. The stainless steel belt can be adjusted according to the dimension of seals, HPU triangle protector prevents the seal from being damaged by pressing.Simple way to operate and easy to do.
SEAL STRETCHER can expand the piston seal of PTFE material. Choose the suitable step on stretcher then push on the top with hand or seal press. It will reach an ideal effect without complicated process.Applicable Scope: OD.40-250mm
