🥕 Carrot Cake Batter – 4-inch Tin
Dry Ingredients:
All-purpose flour – 85 g
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Salt – ⅛ tsp
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Wet Ingredients:
Egg – 1 medium
Brown sugar – 40g
White sugar – 20 g
Oil – 50 ml
Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
Add-ins:
Finely grated carrot – 100g
Chopped nuts (optional) – 2½ tbsp
Raisins (optional) – 1½ tbsp
Baking:
Tin: 4-inch round
Fill tin ¾ full
Temperature: 170°C
Time: 30–35 minutes
Cool completely before frosting

Ingredients:
Cream cheese -100 g
Unsalted butter (soft, not melted) – 40 g
Icing sugar (sifted) – 50g
Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – ½ tsp (optional)
