In this Arlington VA Vlog tour, we take a neighborhood tour covering the Orange Line Corridor (North Arlington, which is north of Route 50). We cover areas of Rosslyn, Court House, Clarendon, Virginia Square - GMU, Ballston. We also cover more suburban areas of Lyon Village, Lyon Park, Yorktown and Williamsburg. We discuss unique aspects of each neighborhood and their housing and real estate options in each area.

Rosslyn is the first stop on the Orange Line Corridor in Arlington VA. It's the closest to Washington DC. It's comprised of mainly condos, but it's walkability to Georgetown and DC make it a desirable location!

Court house is next on the Orange Line Corridor and is mainly residential with condos and townhomes.

Clarendon is one of the most popular areas in Arlington VA. It's bustling with shops, restaurants and nightlife. A few blocks away from the Clarendon Metro stop you find single family homes in the Lyon Village and Lyon Park neighborhoods. Clarendon truly has something for everyone!

Virginia Square - GMU - is home to George Mason Law School. This area is more quiet than other areas of the Orange Line Corridor in Arlington, but it still has a variety of condos.

Ballston is a bustling neighborhood full of many shops, restaurants and housing. This area has grown significantly over the years and will continue to be popular for it's variety that can fit anyone's needs.

Yorktown is a suburb just north of Orange line corridor. It's not metro accessible and consists of single family homes, mature trees, and highly ranked schools.

Williamsburg is a suburb on the edge of Arlington County. It's larger homes, larger lots, highly ranked schools, and more luxurious homes make this a desirable area for many.
