• 100 g sugar (or less)
• 120 ml warm milk
• 60 ml melted butter
• 5 g vanilla sugar
• 240 g flour
• 10 g baking powder

Apple filling

• 1 apple
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tsp brown sugar

Topping

• Apple jam

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Add sugar and beat until fully dissolved.

Pour in warm milk and melted butter, mix well.

Add vanilla sugar.
