In this modifier, every unit has their cost decreased to 10c.
The stages are filled with very powerful enemies spawning at once to compensate for the very generous modifier. Uberspam with tons of crowd control abilities or high DPS in general, the 5th stage is definitely the hardest. I don't know how I would've beaten it without Juri (Street Fighter Collab Uber).
