SEAMEO RETRAC in collaboration with Regional English Language Office (RELO), U.S Embassy Hanoi organizes the series of 6 webinars on “Professional Development for English Language Teachers in Vietnam in Post COVID-19 Era”.
The theme of the webinar series is “Engage, Empower and Excel ELT Teaching and Learning through Digital Tools and Pedagogies”.
The topic of the 6th webinar is Digital Tools for Classroom Assessment in ELT
In this webinar, participants explore several digital tools and instructional strategies that allow ELT educators to assess language learners in regards to their language growth. First, backward design is outlined to lay the foundation for assessment. Next, participants explore a wide variety of nontraditional assessment types and digital tools to aid in development. Finally, participants learn about digital reporting and data collection.
