Miele Cooks - Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Treat yourself to chocolate chip cookies which look almost as good as they taste by using three different kinds of chips! A mixture of white, milk and dark chocolate will make you keep going back for “just one more”.

Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter, unsalted
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, large
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup dark chocolate chips, espresso flavored if available

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment, beat the butter, sugars, and vanilla extract. Add eggs and beat for an additional minute. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Line three trays with parchment paper and using a 1 ½ inch scoop add dough to tray.

4. Program the Combi-Steam oven. Operating modes / Combi-Mode / Convection Bake / 20 minutes / 350°F / 30% moisture.

5. Check cookies for the desired browning and add more time as necessary.

6. Allow cookies to cool slightly before moving to a cooling rack.
