3. Onion - 1 no
4. Tomato - 1 no
5. Mixed vegetables - 1 cup
6. Crushed ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
7. Green chili - 3 nos
8. Cumin seeds - ½ tspn
9. Hing - ¼ tspn
10. Salt - as per taste
11. Turmeric powder - ¼ tspn
12. Oil - 1 ½ tspn
13. Ghee - 1 tspn
14. Water - 4 cups
