Step 1: Collect a helicopter.
Step 2: Fly as high as you would like to.
Step 3: Jump out and hold up the menu option to change character and get ready to select any single player character.
Step 4: Before you fall, select your single player character and then press o=PS3 + B=Xbox360 to go back of that option and survive the fall.
