This 2021 Lao Ban Zhang ripe pu’er is truly high quality. The most impressive part is its incredible endurance — it can easily handle 80+ brews while keeping a consistent color, body, and flavor. The tea soup remains dark, rich, and stable from start to finish, which clearly shows the quality of the material and processing.
The taste is deep, smooth, and full, with a distinct Lao Ban Zhang character that makes this shu pu’er stand out from ordinary ripe pu’er teas. It has its own personality — strong, clean, and very satisfying — without becoming heavy or boring.
