Ingredients

1 kg chicken cut 12 pcs
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 170 gm
Fried onion 300 gm
Chopped coriander
Chopped mint
Green chilli 5 pcs
For Gravy
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cardamom 3 pcs
Star anise 2 pcs
Bay leaves 3 pcs
Pepper corn 10 pcs


For Rice boiling:

Basmati rice 1.5 cups (Soaked before 30 mins)
Cinnamon 2 pcs
Cardamom 4 pcs
Star anise 1 pc
Cloves 8 pcs
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbs
