But the Song of Solomon gives us a different vision. A woman describing the man she loves calls him her beloved AND her friend in the same breath. The ancient Hebrew word yada means to fully know and be fully known. And you cannot get there without friendship as the foundation.

This message is for couples just starting out, couples preparing for marriage, and couples who have been numb for longer than they want to admit. There is a fresh sunrise waiting for your marriage if you're willing to look hard enough.
