Without unibios, this is an alternative way to Enable Blood in Metal Slug 1, 2, 3, and X using MAME 2003. It just needs redone each time you turn system back on, due to eeprom save issue.
Many people do not realize you can use Dip Switch method to enable pseudo cheats, and so on:) Here is how it is done. Unibios are even cooler, due to even MORE options! But, they mainly work best in Final Burn since MAME 2003 can't permanently save the settings. But, this is the tried and proven Mame 2003 method I have used on PC versions, years ago.
