Ingredients
1 fresh or frozen octopus (I bought 1.5kg and it was just right because you will discard the head)
2/3 cup olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 bay leaf (or 2 if small)
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoons tomato paste
½ cup white wine
500g pack of short pasta
salt/pepper
