Zizaran shares what is probably the comfiest league starter for Path of Exile 3.17.
Poisonous Concoction has one of the smoothest leveling experiences, while having extreme tankiness at the endgame, with flask tech to make the build virtually immortal against multiple small hits. The one downside of the build is that the single target damage isn't quite up to par.
