One big challenge for 2023 will be taking on the Paris-Brest-Paris Audax event.
1200km, from Paris to the coastal town of Brest, and back. One of the oldest cycling events in the World.
My aim will be a fast finish, with a start at the very front, and this diary will go through the qualification, training, and audax tips and guides.
The first event is a 200km "Taith Mynydd Canolbarth Cymru" qualification event, starting and finishing in Aberystwyth.
200km with 2450m of climbing.
