Pulaski County Deputies were in pursuit of a white Mercury Grand Marquis when Arkansas State Police responded to assist.
Sgt. Monroe of ASP became primary in the pursuit and attempted a TVI (PIT maneuver). The driver applied his brakes, but veered to the left and then over corrected towards the right shoulder. The vehicle struck a large tree.
The driver sustained injuries from the impact and was pinned inside the vehicle.
Driver, Jessie Adair, of North Little Rock, AR, was charged with:
Charges:
-Fleeing
-Possession of a controlled substance (Meth)
-Suspended driver's license
