I made this with my 5 year old niece and it was really fun and easy to make ❤️
TOP TIP: If you don't want to sew the elastic, you can just tie a knot!

What I used:
Scissors
Needle and thread (optional)
Tulle - I used dark pink and light pink cut into strips of 60x15cm (25 of each colour)
Piece of cardboard
