Postmenopausal polyps are sometimes challenging, esp in patients with more advanced age. In this patient it was more challenging due to ventrifixed uterus due to previous three cesareans.

2. Using intraoperative ultrasound to negotiate a difficult os
3. Using truclear to cut and retrieve polyp tissue simultaneously ( avoiding insertion of another instrument to retrieve resected polyp)
