Soup dumpling salad 🥟🥗🌶️ using @itsu veggie dumplings to make this quick, easy and flavourful salad! Made in ten minutes.
Ingredients:
Soup dumplings- I use the frozen itsu brand.
Dressing: soy sauce, white wine vinegar, chilli oil, grated garlic/ginger and sugar.
Salad:
Cucumber
Red onion
Tomatoes
Radish
Serve with: spring onion/sesame seeds.
Method:
Put oil in a pan on a high head, put your dumplings in, fry for 5 minutes, add some water and cover for a further 5. Chop your salad and make your dressing and combine as shown. Enjoy! X
