BACKSTORY…
On 5/30/23 I stood on the public sidewalk at the steps of Waveland Mississippi City Hall while peacefully and politely exercising my free speech rights. Not long after I started spreading the message of God Bless The Homeless Veterans, Waveland Mayor Jay Trapani sent his attack dog Sergeant Joffrion of the Waveland Mississippi Police Department to crush our First and Fourth Amendment protected rights. Sergeant Joffrion’s behavior was some of the most egregious I have ever experienced.
As a result of my rights being violated I filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against Mayor Trapani, Sgt. Joffrion and the City of Waveland Mississippi. Sgt. Joffrion was deposed in October of 2024.

Everyone has a First Amendment protected right to petition the government for redress of grievances. If you choose to do so please conduct yourself lawfully and DO NOT MAKE THREATS. You are responsible for your own actions.
