This simple recipe based on plant-based ingredients such as chickpeas, carrots, zucchini, and onions is rich in protein, filling, and very tasty. Perfect for a quick vegan lunch, dinner, party snack, or meal prep!

📌 Ingredients:
• 200g Boiled chickpeas
• 1 zucchini (approx. 250g)
• 1 Onion
• Ghee (If you are vegan, substitute with vegetable oil)
• 1 Carrot
• 2 tbsp chickpea flour
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
• ½ tsp dried garlic
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• Salt to taste
• Freshly ground pepper
• 30g rice flour
📌 Sauce:
• Fresh dill
• Fresh basil
• Fresh parsley
• 3 tbsp of natural yogurt (replace with plant-based yogurt if you are vegan)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt to taste
• Freshly ground pepper
